Insurance & Payment

I accept private pay clients and I accept OHP (Care Oregon/Oregon Health Share only), but I can also provide a superbill for either individual or couples therapy if your insurance accepts superbills. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any billing questions. I also offer a few sliding scale spaces for private pay .

individual Therapy & Ecotherapy

I offer individual Telehealth sessions and ecotherapy sessions ranging from 50- 120 minutes. I often work well with clients who resonate with some of the following:

  • My romantic or close relationships are conflictual or challenging

  • I’m grieving or having trouble adjusting to life changes

  • I want to practice healthy boundaries with a partner, friends, family, or colleagues

  • I’m anxious

  • My attachment wounds are keeping me from meaningful relationships

  • I’d like to deepen my relationship with nature

  • I’d like to learn how nature can regulate my nervous system or ground my spiritual practice

  • It is easier to put others first

  • The world feels like a dangerous place

  • I want support making a big life decision

  • I’m living in generational patterns or trauma

  • I’d like spirituality or the transpersonal to be a grounding resource in my life

  • I want support prepping for or integrating psychedelic experiences

  • I feel shame, fear, or inadequacy in my sexuality

  • I suffer from PTSD or complex trauma

  • I want to develop healthy masculinity or repair my relationship to masculinity

  • My partner and I want to open our relationship

Individual Sessions start at $165 for 50 minutes

Couples therapy

With the right support and container, conflict can be an incredible path to deeper intimacy. I specialize in helping couples move through blame and criticism and into greater trust and understanding. I often support clients experiencing some of the following:

  • My partner and I are in consistent conflict

  • Our relationship suffers from attachment dynamics (anxious/avoidant/disorganized)

  • We are experiencing triggers and reactivity with each other

  • We want to improve our sex life through healing trauma, exploration, or balancing differing desires

  • My partner and I want to, or are exploring Polyamory

  • We want to include BDSM in our sexual relationship or to understand how it can be a healing process

  • I’m step Parenting or would like my partner to be a step parent to my children

Fees for Couples Counseling starts at $185 for 50 minutes

Psychadelic integration

Psychedelics and ceremonial work have been foundational in my own process of healing and awakening. Through my experiences, I have learned the importance of pacing, harm reduction, and the attentive tailoring of therapeutic and medicinal journeys.
